01我们收集的信息
图注标切不要求您注册账号，也不要求您提交姓名、电话号码、身份证件或其他身份信息。当前版本不提供广告、社交登录、云端图片处理、位置服务或远程数据分析功能。
您主动提供或在设备上创建的信息
- 您从系统照片中选择并导入的图片，以及您在编辑过程中添加的方框、箭头、圆形、高亮、马赛克、涂鸦、文字和裁切信息。
- 您在设置中选择的昵称、语言、主题、默认标记颜色和默认线条粗细。这些设置仅用于改善本机使用体验。
- 您主动通过联系邮箱发送给我们的信息，例如问题描述、邮件地址和附件。
我们不会自动收集的信息
图注标切不会主动收集或上传您的 IP 地址、精确位置、通讯录、设备唯一标识符、广告标识符、浏览记录或应用使用分析数据。
02我们如何使用信息
- 在设备上完成图片导入、预览、裁切、标注、撤销和导出。
- 在您暂时离开编辑页时保存未完成的编辑会话，方便您继续处理。
- 保存您的本机偏好设置，使应用在下次打开时保持您选择的语言、主题和标记样式。
- 在您主动联系我们时，用于回复咨询、处理反馈和排查问题。
我们不会将您的图片、标注内容或本机偏好用于广告投放、用户画像或与本应用功能无关的用途。
03图片权限与系统照片
当您选择导入图片或将成品保存到系统照片时，应用会请求相应的照片访问权限。您可以在系统设置中随时修改或撤回该权限。撤回权限可能导致您无法导入图片或保存导出结果，但不会影响已经保存在系统照片中的内容。
导出操作由系统照片功能完成。除非您主动通过邮件发送，否则图注标切不会将图片发送给我们或上传到远程服务器。
04信息的存储与删除
未完成的图片和标注会保存在应用的本机临时工作区，用于恢复编辑会话。导出成功后，该图片会从待处理列表中移除，导出的成品由系统照片保存和管理。
- 您可以在设置中清空全部待处理缓存。
- 删除某一张待处理图片会同时删除其未完成的本机编辑会话。
- 清空缓存或卸载应用后，应用临时工作区中的未完成内容将被删除。
我们无法控制系统照片中已经保存的图片；如需删除，请在系统照片中操作。
05信息共享与披露
我们不会出售、出租或交换您的个人信息，也不会将您的图片或标注内容提供给广告商、数据经纪商或其他第三方。
只有在以下情形下，我们才可能处理或披露必要的信息：获得您的明确授权；为回复您主动发送的邮件；或根据适用法律、司法程序或有权机关的合法要求。
06信息安全
我们通过应用权限控制和本机临时工作区等方式，尽力降低未完成编辑内容被未经授权访问的风险。但任何电子存储方式都无法保证绝对安全，请妥善保管您的设备并使用系统提供的设备锁和安全更新功能。
07儿童信息
图注标切不以未满 13 周岁的儿童为目标用户，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果您认为儿童向我们发送了个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们会在核实后采取合理措施处理。
08政策变更
我们可能根据功能变化、法律要求或运营需要更新本政策。更新后的政策会在本页面公布，并从页面所示的生效日期起生效。若变更对您的权利或信息处理方式产生重大影响，我们会在应用内或通过其他适当方式提示您。

Please read this policy before using Biaoqie. Biaoqie currently serves iPhone and iPad users, and its image editing features are designed to run on your device.
01Information We Collect
Biaoqie does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, phone number, identity documents, or other identity information. The current version does not provide advertising, social sign-in, cloud image processing, location services, or remote usage analytics.
Information You Provide or Create on Your Device
- Images you select from Photos, together with boxes, arrows, circles, highlights, mosaic areas, drawings, text, and crop settings you add while editing.
- Your local preferences, such as nickname, language, theme, default mark color, and default line width. These settings are used only to improve your on-device experience.
- Information you choose to send to us by email, such as a question, email address, or attachment.
Information We Do Not Automatically Collect
Biaoqie does not actively collect or upload your IP address, precise location, contacts, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or app usage analytics.
02How We Use Information
- To import, preview, crop, mark up, undo, and export images on your device.
- To keep unfinished editing sessions temporarily available when you leave the editor.
- To save your local preferences so the app can remember your language, theme, and mark style.
- To respond to questions, feedback, and troubleshooting requests that you send to us.
We do not use your images, markup content, or local preferences for advertising, profiling, or purposes unrelated to Biaoqie features.
03Photo Permissions and System Photos
When you choose an image or save an exported result, the app requests the relevant Photos permission. You can change or withdraw this permission at any time in system settings. Withdrawing permission may prevent importing or saving images, but it does not affect content already saved in Photos.
Exporting is handled by the system Photos functionality. Unless you voluntarily send an image by email, Biaoqie does not send your images to us or upload them to a remote server.
04Storage and Deletion
Unfinished images and markup are stored in the app's temporary on-device workspace so that an editing session can be resumed. After a successful export, the image is removed from the pending list and the exported result is managed by system Photos.
- You can clear all pending cache from Settings.
- Deleting a pending image also deletes its unfinished local editing session.
- Clearing the cache or uninstalling the app removes unfinished content from the app's temporary workspace.
We cannot control images already saved in Photos. To remove those images, use the Photos app.
05Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or exchange your personal information, and we do not provide your images or markup to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
We may process or disclose necessary information only when you expressly authorize us, when responding to an email you sent, or when required by applicable law, judicial process, or a lawful request from an authorized authority.
06Information Security
We use app permission controls and a local temporary workspace to help reduce the risk of unauthorized access to unfinished content. However, no electronic storage method is absolutely secure. Please protect your device with its available passcode and security updates.
07Children's Information
Biaoqie is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us at the email below so we can take reasonable action after verification.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when features change, laws require it, or operational needs arise. The updated policy will be posted on this page and will take effect on the effective date shown above. If a change materially affects your rights or how information is handled, we will provide notice in the app or by another appropriate method.
